I pulled off first place in the Plantium Sneakers League on WeWard, finishing with 2,830 XP--a personal record.  I had fun in the sun walking the neighborhood and at the fitness center at the apartment complex on a treadmill with the fan on full blast.  I am moving up to the top league--the Space Boots League!
Consistency is important when you continue to form a routine.  I officially secured first place for the sixth consecutive day in the WeWard competition, totaling 11.58-mile effort that concluded with 2,590 XP.  I even got a chance to watch the children have fun at the park with the new water machines.  It was a good way to keep myself cool.  To celebrate the achievement, I forewent the usual breakfast and opted for a neighborhood walk to the local IHOP in Kokomo.  There was a great reward waiting at the finish line.  I ordered a reward built for a runner: thick French toast, fluffy scrambled eggs, and two crispy slices of bacon.  Eating a hefty breakfast with the clear Indiana skies was a stellar way to recharge my spirit and celebrate a long week of patience and endurance.  I stayed patient by listening to my heart.

For five days in a row, I was 1st place in my WeWard league.  I celebrated by hitting the Planet Fitness weight room for some lat pulldowns.  I am back at lifting 100 lbs on the second workout—the first time I have touched this machine since my weightlifting class at UNM ten years ago when I lifted at least 180 pounds with ten reps.  It takes time to learn new principles, and patience is what it takes.  Stick to your goals that you have established for this upcoming week.
Reaching the 12-mile mark today was a massive personal achievement and securing the number one position in my fitness league made the effort worthwhile.  Spending hours moving outside in almost-perfect weather allowed me to relax.  While we frequently think of fitness as a hard effort, combining the movement with sunshine is a highly effective way to boost serotonin and general mood.  It is difficult to balance competitive goals with emotional well-being at all times.  Winning in the league felt the best and relaxation felt even better.
It was a positive day.  I remained persistent, and it finally paid off.  I am in first place for the fourth consecutive day on the WeWard competition with the Platinum Sneakers League--a top tier on the app.  There is only one more league on the app.  The competition was close and I performed well!
I finished first for three consecutive days.  I secured the top spot in the WeWard Platinum Sneakers League after walking more than 20,000-steps today!  Juggling a fitness routine can be difficult, but a diverse Pandora playlist—ranging from soft rock to classical—keeps me moving.  Keep on keeping on.
So overjoyed to finish day 2 of the WeWard competition in 1st place with 720 XP!  The beautiful weather made today’s walk even better.  WeWard counts every step.  Keep on moving.
I managed to achieve my overall goal today!  I finished first place logging a total of 14 difficult miles on the Platinum Skeakers League on WeWard.  The competition was fierce and I performed well.

As a 57-year-old woman, I beat my own expectations by re-training for months after an injury and walking a full mile in 12:32.

I logged 6 miles of walking and jogging.   Thanks to the friendly staff for the excellent rowing machine demonstration at the gym.  I worked out on the Lat Pulldown machine for the first time since my weightlifting class at the University of New Mexico.  It felt great to get back into weight lifting.
I finished the WeWard Competition in first place with an XP count of 1,830 in the Gold Sneakers League, advancing to the Platinum Sneakers League.  Second place and third place had an XP count of 1,320 and 1,275 respectively.  The neighborhood walk was refreshing and soothing.  The sunshine chased the blues away.

I found out that I am in first place for three consecutive days in the Gold Sneakers League in the WeWard competition.  I walked to the local ball game, sat and watched the game for fifteen minutes, and walked along the trail, and then walked in the neighborhood and apartment complex.  The trail helped me to enjoy my life.
I am in first place two days in a row in the Gold Sneakers League in the WeWard competition, completing 13.38 miles.  My myriad of experiences were positive.  I started walking in the neighborhood, walking and jogging at the fitness center in the apartment complex, and ended with walking and jogging at Planet Fitness.  At one time during the day, I was able to jog a 5k.
I am in first place in the Gold Sneakers League in the WeWard competition with a step count of 25,482.  The workout was divided into two parts to make the goal for the day easier to achieve.  It was the result of hard work and devotion to become number one.  I learned that it was difficult to become number one because each step hurts physically.  I felt that people were cheering for me.  It is essential to maintain physical fitness for older women to increase longevity and to be able to generate energy to help other people.

I am excited to be in second place in the WeWard competition, with 13.26 miles.  I am near first place with an XP count of 740.  I walked in the neighborhood and enjoyed the day.  It allowed me to steer clear of thinking about my problems.  The walk reminds me of the good days in Kissimmee, Florida where I walked up to 14 to 17 miles in one day.  In the evening, I attended a yoga online course as part of a research study at a university for 1.5 hours.  The exercise resulted in a sense of mastery and accomplishment.  Keep on exercising daily to acheive strength. I continue to be in first place on the six day of the WeWard Competition for the Silver Sneakers League, totaling 11795 XP and 11.17 miles.  I took the opportunity to walk near the Kokomo Municipal Stadium where a high school game took place this afternoon at the Walk of Excellence trail.
I am currently in first place in the WeWard competition in the Silver Sneakers League with an XP count of 1,320.  Second place is trailing me with 1,290 XP.  I combined walking in the neighborhood with walking and jogging on a treadmill.  My mileage was 20.07 miles.  Keep exercising for your health because it is good for you.
