The Moment I’ve Been Working Toward | US 5K Championships
I am in second place on the fourth day of the WeWard competition, covering 6.88 miles, with an XP count of 825.  First place has an XP count of 860 and third place has an XP count of 535.  I felt motivated to walk as I drew closer to first place.
I am 1st place on WeWard the 3rd day in a row, with 5.4 miles covered in the day.  I feel ecstatic to continue with my routine.  Set aside time each day for exercise.

I felt good physically today with finishing in 1st place on WeWard with 8.89 miles.  I enjoyed listening to and singing along with songs played on the Pandora app, ranging from classical music to rock, making the walking less painful and more enjoyable.

I marched 111 times in a knee lift exercise in 2 minutes with the University of California San Francisco in a Zoom meeting for a research study for a performance in the elite category for a 57-year old woman.  I was thinking about my time in basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri in the Army.
