For Week 4, I met with my health coach for the research study at the University of Michigan. The health coach covered strengthening exercises to be performed 2x a week for people with osteoarthritis: 1. Bicep curls, 2. Leg extension, 3. Calf raises, and 4. Wall push-up.
For Week 3, I found out later on when I went to visit the fitness center that I ate a large meal. I went to the fitness center later in the day to complete my work out. For Week 4, my focus can be to visit the fitness center at an earlier time after eating a light meal.
