I ran one mile at 9.11 on the treadmill, making it 11 seconds faster than the previous mile. The average speed was reported as 6.5 with a maximum speed reported as 8.0. The beginning speed was 6.5 and increased at .75 miles to 6.6 with an increase at .85 until the end of the mile from 6.7 to 8.0. I warmed-up and warmed-down for under one minute. Before the run, I viewed the following videos: Allie Ostrander (Testing My Fitness for the US Championships ft. David Roche), Coach Holly (How to Run a Mile Without Stopping | Track Progression!), and MK (How to Speed Up Easy Pace from 11 min to 9 min per mile). After viewing the videos, I ran at speeds of 3, 4, 5.5, 6, and 6.5 for each at 1:30 before I ran the mile.
