I ran one mile at 10:19 on the treadmill, which was 7 seconds faster than the previous mile.  The average speed was 5.8 and the maximum speed was 7.5.  The speed was increased from 5.8 to 5.9 when I reached .75 miles and then the speed was increased at .85, .90, and .95 miles to 7.5.   The warm-up and warm-down exercises were completed within one minute.  Before the one mile run, I walked for 8 miles.
