I ran .35 miles and the pace was 7:34 at 563 meters on my second run on the treadmil. I viewed the video with Devon Still. On my first run, I ran .38 miles for 3:04 on the treadmill. My warm-up routine was implemented with a speed of 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 with a brief rest in-between each change of speed. I rested for approximately 15 minutes before I ran speed of 8.1 on a treadmill after my first run. Before and after I worked on a treadmill, I performed exercises in less than one minute and walked for approximately four miles.
