1 packet of grits

1 packet of grits

3 cups of lentils

1 can of light sodium beans

1 packet of grits

green leafy vegetables

4 3/4 cups of lentils with slightly less than 500 mg of sodium or around 1/5 teaspoon of salt


1 apple

1 orange


1 slice of whole-grain bread

2 eggs

1/2 cup of beans

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

1 scoop of protein powder  


7 32 ounces of water
