There was a 32 second-improvement with the pace of 10:03 for the first mile from the mile on Tuesday.  Treadmill: Pace for the 1st mile: 10:03 (Speed: 5.9 with a speed of 6.5 at 3/4's mile and a speed of up to 6.7 within the last 30 seconds to 1 minute of the mile) 2nd Mile: Speed: 5.6: Run: .25 + .25 mi + .25 mi + .25 mi = 1 mi.  

My warm-up routine was implemented with a speed of 1.9, 2.9, 3.9, 4.9, 5.6 on a treadmill for each speed for 1 minute and 15 seconds with 1-minute break inserted in-between each change of the speed.  A 5-minute break was inserted between the miles.  Before I worked with the speeds on a treadmill, I performed exercises in under 3 minutes.  I performed warm-down exercises for under 3 minutes after running for 2 miles and walking for 1 mi.
