How to Speed Up Easy Pace from 11 min to 9 min per mile  
There was a 25 second-improvement with the pace of 9:38 for the mile since the previous mile run.  There was a 5:12 improvement with the 1 mile since May 4, 2025, and this is in less than one month.   Treadmill: Pace for the mile: 9:38 (Speed: 6.2 to 6.4 with a speed of 6.4 to 6.6 after I reached .85 mi)  My warm-up routine was implemented with a speed of 1.9, 2.9, 3.9, 4.9, 5.6 on a treadmill for each speed for 1 minute and 15 seconds with 1-minute break inserted in-between each change of the speed with 5-minute break inserted between 4.9 to 5.6.  Before I worked with the speeds on a treadmill, I performed exercises in under 3 minutes.  I walked for 4 miles.  I performed warm-down exercises for less than 3 minutes.      WeWard: 8.48 mi  DISTANCE

There was a 32 second-improvement with the pace of 10:03 for the first mile from the mile on Tuesday.  Treadmill: Pace for the 1st mile: 10:03 (Speed: 5.9 with a speed of 6.5 at 3/4's mile and a speed of up to 6.7 within the last 30 seconds to 1 minute of the mile) 2nd Mile: Speed: 5.6: Run: .25 + .25 mi + .25 mi + .25 mi = 1 mi.   My warm-up routine was implemented with a speed of 1.9, 2.9, 3.9, 4.9, 5.6 on a treadmill for each speed for 1 minute and 15 seconds with 1-minute break inserted in-between each change of the speed.  A 5-minute break was inserted between the miles.  Before I worked with the speeds on a treadmill, I performed exercises in under 3 minutes.  I performed warm-down exercises for under 3 minutes after running for 2 miles and walking for 1 mi.     WeWard: 5.92 mi DISTANCE

There was a 5 second-improvement with the pace of 10:35 for the second mile from the fastest running-mile on Sunday.  Treadmill: Run: .50 mi + .25 mi + .25 mi.  = 1 mi Pace for the 2nd mile: 10:35 (Speed: 5.6 with a speed of up to 7.2 within the last minute of the mile)  My warm-up routine was implemented with a speed of 1.9, 2.9, 3.9, 4.9, 5.6, 6.9, 7.9, and 8.9 on a treadmill for each speed for 1 minute and 15 seconds with a brief break inserted in-between each change of the speed.  I took at least a 45-minute break between each of the 2 miles.  Before I worked with the speeds on a treadmill, I performed exercises in under three minutes.  I performed warm-down exercises for under three minutes after running for two miles.

There was a more than 1 minute-improvement with the pace of the mile from the previous run on last Sunday.  Pace for the 1st mile: 10:48 (Speed: 5.6 with a speed of up to 6.5 within the last minute of the mile) Pace for the 2nd mile: 10:42 (Speed: 5.6 with a speed of up to 6.7 within the last minute of the mile) Pace for the 3rd mile: 10:40 (Speed: 5.6 with a speed of up to 7.0 within the last minute of the mile)   Treadmill: Run: Distance: 3 mi Garmin: Walk: 1 mi We Ward: 7 mi My warm-up routine was implemented with a speed of 1.9, 2.9, 3.9, 4.9, 5.6 on a treadmill for each speed for 1 minute and 15 seconds with a brief break inserted in-between each change of the speed.  I took a break between each of the 3 miles.  Before I worked out with the speeds on a treadmill, I performed exercises in under three minutes.  After I ran a speed of 5.6, I took a brief break to run the miles.  There was a break before I walked for 1 mile and then performed warm-dow...
Pace for the mile: 9:25 There was approximately a 2 1/2-minute improvement with the pace of the mile from the previous run on Sunday.  Treadmill: Run: Distance: 1 mi Speed: 6.5  My warm-up routine was implemented with a speed of 1.9, 2.9, 3.9, 4.9, 5.9, 6.9, 7.9, and 8.9 on a treadmill for each speed for 1 minute and 15 seconds with a brief break inserted in-between each change of the speed.  Before I worked out with the speeds on a treadmill, I performed exercises in under three minutes.  After I ran a speed of 8.9, I took a break for 10-15 minutes before I ran one mile in under ten minutes.

I ran a 7:36-minute pace with a time of 1:54 on the quarter mile.  The pace was at 6:40 for 65% of it.  I ran a 7:32-minute pace with a time of 1:53 on the second quarter mile.  The pace was at 6:15 for 65% of it. Treadmill: Run: .25 mi (Speed: 9.2 with a 8 second-improvement for the pace from the previous run) Run: .25 mi (Speed: 9.6 with a 4 second-improvement for the pace from the previous run)
