Run...Run...Run...

I went to the gym this evening. 

On this evening, I ran 60m.  My total workout time was 100 minutes.  One of the ladies in the gym complimented me.  She stated that that was the fastest she had ever seen anyone run in her life.  I thought to myself, "I doubt it."  She asked me if I was on the track team.  I said, no.  I thought to myself, I only wish I was on the track team.  Best wishes to the team. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BEzc5hlAIbU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pCgkrdEjc-I Have a nice day!

On January 16, 2020, I enjoyed playing basketball.  I played for one hour.  I was struggling with my identity.  I have to remind myself of who I am.  I am Janell Carter.  My nickname is Jan.  I was influenced by Kareem-Abdul Jabbar, Michael Jordan, and Elena Delle Donne.  I was also influenced by Dennis Rodman. 

I ran on Tuesday, January 14, 2020.  I am working on 60m.  I worked out on Wednesday, January 15, 2020.  I am a weightlifter.  I can lift 70 lb.  I lifted 180 lbs. @ 10 reps. at the University of New Mexico.  My goal by the end of the semester is to be able to lift 200 lbs.  I love Colorado Springs.  Have a good day.

Hello….My name is Janell Carter.  I got accepted to Southeastern Oklahoma State University in sport management at the graduate level.  I also got accepted to Cleveland State University in sport management at the graduate level.
